Your Legal Rights and Options in This Settlement

To exercise your right to obtain a share of the Net Settlement Fund, you must complete, sign, and submit a Claim Form (and documentation, if required) by December 21, 2026. Claims where the total amount claimed is $8,000 or more require supporting documentation sufficient to identify the individual’s payments to Kroger during the Settlement Class Period.
